21.01.2022 Today we held our graduation for the women who completed our My time, My Life, My Future course in the Catherine House Women’s Centre. Individually they bravely stood up and spoke about their experiences, their challenges, their achievements, but most importantly they spoke about their belief in themselves. The belief to pursue their goals, get back in to the workforce or commence further education. Their belief to change their lives. It takes incredible courage to be vulnerable and we truly couldn’t be prouder of every single one of them

19.01.2022 "People always ask why don’t you leave, but it really isn’t that easy. The only reason I stayed was for my children and grandchildren. In 2017, together with the support of her counsellor and the local Police Susan made the decision to escape. After 37 years of abuse, Susan had to leave her home and their family business.
