08.01.2022 The petition to Save the Sebastopol Post Office has now been tabled in Parliament. 1,080 people in our community put their name to this campaign. While the post office may have shut, the campaign is not over.... The building is still there, the facilities are ready, all that is needed is a new license, a new operator and the Sebastopol Post Office can quickly be up and running. I once more join the Sebastopol community in urging the Morrison Government and Australia Post to save the Sebastopol Post Office.
07.01.2022 Restrictions are easing and vaccines are coming! Today I visited BHS to check out their new freezer, fittingly named Elsa. Not your average freezer, this one gets down to about -80 degrees to keep the vaccines working.... The first vaccines in Ballarat will be rolling out from next week, beginning with aged care residents and frontline staff. Exciting times!
06.01.2022 The Ovarian Morning Teal looks a bit different this year but it was great to catch up with a group of inspiring women who are helping each other get through some enourmous challenges.
