23.01.2022 Just an update ... Firstly I would like to say a huge Thankyou to all my clients for your patience and hoping that you all are well and safe ..I am seriously missing you lovely people !!!! There has been some confusing reports in the media in regards to relaxing the rules on remedial therapy ... My association still stands on the issue and I am to remain closed until further notice which i know is frustrating for all .... . I’m hoping this will not be the case for too much ...longer .. 19.01.2022 Unfortunately due to recent recommendations from the dept of health , my association AMT has declared all clinics to be closed immediately taking effect now due to the strict regulations and advice from government health advice . It is in my duty of care to comply and follow all advice and protocols .. so as of today my clinic will be closed for the next 2 weeks until further notice .. I wish all my clients to stay safe and take care and I will keep you all updated as the days progress ..

16.01.2022 Shoulders .. yes we have two of them ...Being mindful of what we do wth them and how we use them without even thinking about it ... sounds silly? This article is a wake up as to how common shoulder injuries occur but before you go off to get a scan this is worth reading . Something to think about ?
