03.01.2022 In light of the current concerns about COVID-19, we want you to know that we are responding, and we ensure that we will be continuing to provide you with effici...ent legal services during this time. We take the health and safety of our clients and staff very seriously and are implementing measures to ensure that potential exposure to the virus remains limited. We are remaining up to date with the advice and directions of both the State and Federal Government and the World Health Organisation. We are keeping up to date with the regular updates of the State and Federal Courts and implementing the appropriate procedures. We are continuing to offer appointments to new clients and, subject to waiting periods, we will continue to facilitate appointments for clients seeking to make an application for Victoria Legal Aid funding. In an effort to encourage social distancing and close contact, we will not be offering face-to-face appointments at this time and instead will be offering telephone appointments. We are also in the process of implementing software to allow for additional video conferencing to occur between our clients and our staff. We are fortunate to be able to provide flexibility in the ways in which we can continue to assist you with your legal matters, as we are conscious that family law issues will always remain present and can often be of an urgent and stressful nature. In the event that further restrictions are implemented, impacting the ability of our legal practitioners to physically attend our offices, we have arranged everything necessary to allow our team to provide you with quality legal services remotely. We appreciate your understanding and patience at this time.
