24.01.2022 What’s your favorite Custard Flavour? This time we used the TM6 2-4 portion custard recipe and in stead of lemon we used 3TBS of Milo. This recipe will literally take you about 1 minute to weigh all the ingredients in the bowl and turn the dial. It’s on the table about 12 mins later.

23.01.2022 It’s a tough job but someone had to go away to the Leadership Retreat

22.01.2022 Did you turn your Thermomix TM6 on and have new modes this morning? I’ve tested the new boiled egg mode and they turned out perfect! This morning I paired mine with the TM6 Thicken Mode Hollandaise Sauce and some homemade Sourdough The egg mode is so easy to use. Just pop a litre if water in your Thermomix and place your eggs straight in the bowl (the blades don’t turn using this mode), select the boiled egg mode and turn the dial to you preferred doneness. Let the Thermomix do the rest while you make a coffee

Reserve some creamed honey to make another batch with equal parts raw honey added OR Making creamed honey from scratch Honey Starter 300 g raw honey 10min/speed 4, transfer into a bowl and set aside over night to cool Creamed honey Add equal parts of the honey starter to equal parts raw and whip 1min/speed 4, to get the better result. 18.01.2022 Hey bread lovers! This deal is for you.

18.01.2022 After a massive day I walked in to find this beautiful hamper waiting for me to say thank you for going above and beyond with some training pieces I delivered recently to our leadership teams. I love working in an environment where you can share your skills and learn just as much from others. In other roles I’ve been in the words Thank You have hardly been uttered yet in this role I really do feel appreciated. I don’t know where I’d be without my Thermomix family. They certainly make it easy to get up and go to work each morning. #bestjobintheworld #reallifeunrealbusiness

16.01.2022 How do you like your steak cooked? Did you know you can use your Thermomix as a Sous Vide Machine (water bath)? The precision temperature is a way to have control over exactly how you like your food cooked for a perfect melt in your mouth result every time. ... Looking to make the perfect steak? Follow my cooking time and temps below for your perfect steak To do a Sous vide you will need a Sous vide or vacuum sealed bag. 14.01.2022 Look at this amazing gift table from our end of year celebration! Each year we have a hamper swap - we each make one batch of something and split it into 10 individual serves. At the end of the day we all leave with an assortment of lovely homemade goodies and a whole heap of inspiration on trying new recipes. The thing I love about this exercise is it will encourage each person to get creative with packaging options and I find that in general there is less plastic waste, m...ore reusable items like jars/mugs and there are less additives in the gifts too. Winning! This year we had chai powders, rosemary salt, fudge, lemon curd, Christmas meringues, spiced almonds, muesli bars and much more. What are your favorite Thermomix made gifts? If you are making homemade gifts this year please take extra care to wear gloves and use tongs to handle the foods which you are packaging. 14.01.2022 This is my hubby showing off our yummy sourdough fresh out the oven. I love how our thermomix kneels this bread and saves me the elbow grease. I kneed these loaves for 10 mins each to help develop the gluten structure What’s your favorite bread?

14.01.2022 What’s would you serve with these Slow Cooked Ribs? We’re trying out a new recipe tonight. These ribs are served in a Smoked Paprika BBQ sauce made from scratch in minutes. This recipe requires Blade Cover attachment as the ribs are cooked straight on the bone. 15 mins of prep and the Thermomix prompts you with simple step by step instructions.

14.01.2022 #additivefreecooking Looking for a fresh and healthy meal made in minutes? This Steamed Salmon and Broccoli Pesto is on the table in 30 mins but takes you only 10 mins to prep. It’s naturally gluten free and could easily be modified to be dairy free and nut free. It’s also only 723 calories per serve (assuming you only have two portions) however we have a Daddy sized meal and split the other into two for my son and me. This is a hat we make when I don’t feel like cooking it’s honestly takes less effort than take away. And if you don’t like salmon change the fish to chicken or a different type of fish.

09.01.2022 I split (propagated) my first native bee hive today! What a thrill. The hive we have is about 2-3 years old and it’s time to make two hives to create more bees. Have you ever tasted native be honey? It’s sickly sweet but has a lovely flavour. This time there wasn’t half a jar - better luck next time! What a great experience though! So much to learn. The bees I have are Australian Native Stingless Bees called Tetragonula Carbonaria.

08.01.2022 When you ask your husband to throw some lunch together and he makes a Pesto Spaghetti with Roast Pumpkin Thank you for being my champion Mike!

06.01.2022 It must be Cooking Workshop night! Our Dinner is done. Tonight’s menu is quiche because it’s so quick - even when you make your own pastry it’s on the table in less than 20mins of your active cooking time. I love it hot and cold and you can use up any veggies or meat in it that you have. This time I’ve used ham with broccoli and corn. I made a double batch so we can freeze some mini quiches for lunches or quick individual dinners too. I just used our little pie moulds from the MixShop. What’s your favorite quick go to meal?

05.01.2022 Help me settle a debate. What is the correct order for taco fillings? We tried out a new recipe tonight. The Thermomix grated the cheese in 10 seconds, did all the stirring while it was browning the onion and mince for me while I unpacked and repacked the dishwasher. We also made a delicious guacamole in seconds too. #whyIlovemyThermomix
