19.01.2022 I just met Bailey today and the first thing I noticed was his fabulous suit, the next thing was his easy smile and genuine warmth. I love it when young guys thoroughly enjoy getting photos with their parents and friends alike. With his friend & Formal partner Taylor we found some beautiful light and had a lovely relaxed time shooting these images. I must have walked past this spot for years dismissing it until the perfect car and couple came along! Now of course I love it I hope you are both having a brilliant time. Congratulations

11.01.2022 A big shout out to my friend and colleague Olivia Price for being my second shooter and assistant last week for the craziest Formal week yet! I so appreciate her help and support in between her own shoots and just love some of the behind the scene shots she captured as well. Graduates I am madly editing and will be doing my utmost to get all your images ready for viewing as soon as possible. There are so many beautiful young faces on my screen at the moment - thank you so much for your patience and cooperation. Despite such a challenging year, I feel like we managed to capture some of the most stunning Formal images yet! I am incredibly lucky to work with such lovely people

11.01.2022 Through random good luck I happened to be shooting in the Mater today when I realised my lovely friend was there too with her gorgeous new baby Xavier Fynn. So lucky to see this perfect little boy just enveloped in love and joy <3 Congratulations Lizzie and Freddie!

These are just the things I've noticed since I first photographed him a few years ago....he's a natural leader, a wonderful musician, a seriously talented actor (especially comedy), a fantastic touch referee (very hard to referee with maturity and confidence when you are young), but most of all he is humble, he is grateful, he is kind. What a beautiful smile too! And just a touch of a young James Dean when he is serious. I can't wait to see what you do next Loch!

I did meet her when she was just a sparkle in her mother's eye....those are some extra sparkly eyes though so I'm not surprised Amalia is such a gorgeous creature. 07.01.2022 I've had some sleepless nights...worried that I hadn't done enough for this incredible couple. I've been looking forward to their wedding for SO long...the pressure I was putting on myself was a tad OTT...I mean...LOOK at them!! If you can't nail their photos Cath......then of course as all Weddings go, a few things didn't go completely to plan and I was (quietly) freaking out.....then we got to the hill and ahhhhh all the magic was there waiting for us... (exhale)....the wea...ther was PERFECT, my mountain goat skills hadn't let me down and they didn't mind the tricky climb to get to the top of the world...and it was hard work in this AMAZING dress. I love these images but more than anything I am so pleased that we got them...that the little things didn't derail us, that their beautiful, confident, powerful connection comes through, that Michael saw this gorgeous girl and made sure she saw him. I feel incredibly blessed to be asked to bear witness to true connection. To true love. So special Thanks MC&CC See more

03.01.2022 12 years...I cannot believe it's been 12 years since I met Gordon.... even then he was wise beyond his years. A sincere and thoughtful child, he was always athletic and intelligent. A very important part of any team. He took up rowing and excelled, he applied himself at school and has been incredibly successful. He has the world at his feet. Here he is with the beautiful Amy, his partner for tonight. Congratulations Gordon, there is nothing you cannot do if you put your mind to it. It was an absolute pleasure to capture these moments for you x

01.01.2022 In two weeks time it will be 20 years since I introduced Greg and Terressa at my Wedding. I can remember thinking they had the same values in life, hard working and loyal, family focussed and community minded......plus they were the tallest people I knew! So I sat them on the same table - my Bundy girlfriend and my old Hughenden mate along with one of my favourite cousins and his clever and fun wife who kept the wine and the conversation flowing nicely. It still remains my ...one and only match making adventure! Since then they have raised two amazing boys and created a rich and full life on the land, battled droughts and faced huge challenges, both natural and otherwise. I still see the fresh faced cuties who moved heaven and earth to be together, who had so much in common despite growing up in different worlds. I love catching up with their giant boys to hear all about their lives at boarding school and home - so like my own childhood. They are beautiful lads, kind and funny but also strong and purposeful. Just like their lovely parents. Capturing family images for my long term friends is such a rewarding part of my life and work, even if I do have to take a stepladder just to hug their beautiful boys! What a joy What a privilege
