24.01.2022 What do you have to say for yourself? Increasingly, annual reports are about more than the numbers they share. They are now an opportunity for a company to expound on its strategy, discuss what they are doing in the community and for the environment, and to highlight their people and projects. We've been working with industry leaders such as Tilt Renewables, NIWA New Zealand & Infratil to say more with their annual reports. 21.01.2022 CubaDupa is an annual street festival celebrating extraordinary arts and culture in the heart of Wellington, New Zealand. The festival injects an electrified experience into an already spirited quarter, with a combination of weird and wonderful performance, art, costume and food. This year's theme 'Unleash Your Senses' promotes exploration of the street festival's immersive and inclusive experience. Masks were created to express the discovery of the unknown through the trans...formation of sight, sound and taste. Read more about our recent work below! #CubaDupa #Cato #Branding

13.01.2022 SkinnyFizz, an up and coming sparkling water company, required a simple identity to inject themselves into their growing marketplace. The company's mantra of things being as 'skinny as can be' meant the brand had to be boldly recognisable while only requiring small amounts of ink. We were challenged with finding the right balance between minimalism and excitement to apply to their recyclable aluminium cans. Made simply with NZ fruit extract and sparkling water, our direction for SkinnyFizz championed 'daringly naked' fruit characters that illustrated the brand's personality. Extension of the brand has seen the cheeky fruit come to life for social media marketing and website elements. #SkinnyFizzNZ #Cato

12.01.2022 Pablo Picasso said, Art washes away from the soul the dust of everyday life. That being the case, the Melbourne Cato Brand Partners team got a thorough art-infused cleansing when it visited Hobarts world-renowned MONA - Museum of Old and New Art recently. Located on the Derwent River, some 14 metres below the ground in an expansive space carved from solid sandstone, Australias largest privately-funded museum is a work of art unto itself. Curated from around the world, the collections of old, new and peculiar artworks - presented without context in a way that shouts anti-establishment - are at times bizarre and confronting but also inspired and captivating in the way they beg to be questioned and interpreted. #MONA #Cato

12.01.2022 Recently, the New Zealand Government launched the Child and Youth Wellbeing Strategy. The vision - that New Zealand, Aotearoa is the best place in the world for children and young people. They asked over 6,000 kiwi kids what does wellbeing mean to you?' We weaved their responses throughout the document, reinforcing the voice of the child through a series of rubbings from native leaves and powerful portrait photographs. ...
