25.01.2022 SIDE OF HOUSE ENCLOSURE - CAMPBELLTOWN This side of the house enclosure extends past the rear corner of house to the outside verandah post. This means that Gerry the cat has an area where he can see what's going on in the rear yard and verandah!... A set of 3 ledges have been installed for him to use down the side of the house. A zipper panel provides the owner with access into the enclosure.

23.01.2022 VALERIE AND TOPAZ' ENCLOSURE - BLAIR ATHOL Just look at how happy these 2 cats are in their newly built enclosure! Valerie especially loved her ledges and did a number of poses for us before we left!... Topaz found the tub of cat grass and life really couldn't be much better it seems. It's a great little split level verandah enclosure complete with a section of Paw Barrier on the ground level. Have fun!

23.01.2022 We are keeping a close eye on SA's new COVID situation with the number increasing to 17 today. CatPad enclosures will act in accordance with any government directions and restrictions. Until such time we will continue with our on site quoting and building programs using safe operational practices. Keep safe everyone.

23.01.2022 RUBEN'S ENCLOSURE - CLOVELLY PARK We have all fallen in love with this grand old boy Ruben! Aged 15 years, he's about to have 2 more kittens join him in this newly built enclosure (in the storm yesterday) in the rear yard. This enclosed area replaces an old stand alone wire mesh enclosure and now provides so much more space for Ruben and the other cats to enjoy!... Two gates (one Standard and one Custom made) provide human access to each end of the enclosure. A set of 3 ledges will make a great viewing area in the sun for the cats to use once they get past the kitten stage. We hope you enjoy the company of your new 'family' Ruben!

21.01.2022 ADDING TO AN EXISTING STRUCTURE - STIRLING Adding onto existing structures makes sense if you have an area you think will suit your cat/s. This large pergola along a side garden forms the main part of the enclosure with only the ends to enclose, gates to install and a return top.... The gates have both been clad in 50mm steel mesh over the paths to cater for the dogs. Bella the cat now has a safe and secure area to enjoy outdoors in!

17.01.2022 YARD ENCLOSURE - RIDGEHAVEN This rear and side yard has been enclosed using 2 different types of netting (19mm and 40mm) The cantilever poles along the rear fences provide extra height - these have been netted in 19mm cat netting and the top in 40mm netting.... Down the side of the house we have a fascia to fence capping enclosure using 19mm cat netting. This has made the yard fully secure for the 2 young cats living in this household.

15.01.2022 PART REAR YARD ENCLOSURE - NORTH PLYMPTON This enclosure has it all!! It encloses part of a roofed pergola with a netted area extending out to the fence line over gardens.... A gate has been installed at one end with a zipper access panel at the rear corner of the house. A long ramp and ledge provide the 2 new cats (Amber and Halo) with a fantastic viewing area over the fence! We have installed a paw barrier 'wrap' to the perimeter to one side to help protect the netting from the family dogs. We hope Amber and Halo are very happy in their enclosure. It brings 'peace of mind' to the owner who has recently lost her previous cat.

14.01.2022 BUSY LEAD UP TO XMAS! Things are pretty busy at CatPad enclosures right now! Please remember to give us plenty of lead time to schedule your build at this time of the year. Xmas is not all that far away!

13.01.2022 LARGE YARD ENCLOSURE - MITCHELL PARK Our brief was to enclose a full rear yard and down one side of the house with the boundary under the pergola on the other corner of the house. Cantilever poles were installed on the rear fence to provide height over the rear yard and lawned area.... The enclosure was extended down on the northern side of the house through to the front access gate. Here the netting was attached from the fascia to the fence capping and continued in the same line along the boundary brick wall and pergola beam. On the other side of the yard we attached the netting to the garden shed and then enclosed the area between the pergola beams to the fence capping. A gate frame and gate were attached to the rear corner of the house and netted across. It's an amazing space for lucky cats Toby and Lily to share with the family dog. Enjoy.

11.01.2022 DIAGO AND RIPLEY'S ENCLOSURE - NOARLUNGA DOWNS Diago and Ripley have a great area outside enclosed for them to step out and enjoy! The wait was worth it with a 20m side of house pergola enclosed at both ends with zipper access panels and 50mm steel mesh attached under side screen to fence to secure the area.... The wait was worth it for these 2 cats as they now have a great area to spend time in outside!

11.01.2022 RENTAL PROPERTY - GOOLWA SOUTH Yes we build enclosures on rental properties! In this instance we fully framed the structure into the yard area with braces to each corner and attached to the house wall and fascia.... Attachments are minimal but we do need to ensure the build is strong and secure enough to keep your cat contained. Sabrina wasted no time at all getting out into her enclosure. Mr Kittens was inside asleep!

10.01.2022 YARD ENCLOSURE - CRAIGBURN FARM A newly built house is now home to cats Mivec and Sofie as well as the family dog. The cat enclosure will not only be the cats secured outdoor area but will also house the dog to keep him safe during the day.... Stretching from the pergola through to the front of the block, it makes a fantastic space for the previous 'indoor only' cats to enjoy! Netting has been attached from the fascias to the fence capping and from pergola fascia to ground to enclose this space. We hope you all enjoy your new home and shared space!

06.01.2022 SMALL REAR YARD ENCLOSURE - MAGILL Titan the cat can now step outside safely into this rear yard that has been fully enclosed from fascias to fence capping. 04.01.2022 SIDE OF HOUSE ENCLOSURE - NORMANVILLE We met Odin on our on site appraisal who was outside to watch us quote up for this side of house enclosure. Odin also lives with Layla and Jethro for which this enclosure has been built for.... It gives the cats a great side area to enjoy a safe and secure environment complete with ledges for viewing. A custom gate was installed to the rear corner of the house. Odin gave his stamp of approval!!

04.01.2022 STAGE 1 ENTRY BOX AND RUN - FINNISS Stage 1 of one of our larger builds was built by Peter and Shaz at a property in Finniss yesterday! Entry for the 2 lucky cats will be out from a lower lounge room window into the Entry Box (complete with a small gate), up a series of ledges into a 9m run running along steel pergola rafters.... It will connect with a 3m square garden enclosure around palm trees with a Paw Barrier wrap to act as a snake deterrent - that's Stage 2 to be built in a few weeks time! You will notice that we have changed our runs slightly with mesh that has been machine bent and a new plastic mesh bottom.

03.01.2022 COVER PHOTO: BIRD WATCHING! This family of Burmese cats have a CatPad enclosure and one of their favourite spots is on the tank stand watching the birds next door! Lots of 'chatter' and stimulation for these lucky cats!

03.01.2022 GARDEN ENCLOSURE - TWO WELLS A few weeks ago we featured a verandah enclosure built by clients with some amazing features for the cats to use. Of course they then wanted to venture further! What has resulted is a connecting skywalk to a fully framed garden enclosure with an access gate.... (The client will make the steps leading up to the sky walk and then inside the enclosure for the cats to get to ground level.) It's a great space for the cats to enjoy a piece of the garden as well as their verandah enclosure!
