22.01.2022 What wonderful news ... well done Emma. So good to know a few in parliament are there for the animals.

22.01.2022 Our latest 2 mums and bubs are on board. Hoping Jade's bubs have conjunctivitis as no other flu symptoms but time will tell. Treated eyes and bubs had capstar and mum advocate so hoping the fleas will be gone very quickly. Now to litter train them. Not sure how I'm going to tell some of them apart. Have weighed them all for base line and that can be tomorrow's problem. ... Thanks to Hilda for transporting Jade and her bubs.

19.01.2022 Pic 1. I lucked out big time today. Meat has been divided into portions and I have chewing chunks for the cats for a few months to clean their teeth and exercise their jaws. Pic 2. Available from Coles. Recommended by raw feeders. Meat is free range. The cats are really liking for a change up from BARF.

18.01.2022 Liam is on board. He loves his food - check that tummy. Worming will commence today in case. Kath said he is very affectionate.

17.01.2022 Who suffers from this cool disorder?

13.01.2022 TRANPORT REQUEST: We need two kittens moved from Mascot to Dural sometime this week or weekend. Let us know if you can help out!

09.01.2022 Our two little stunners, Cherub and Celeste, saw Dr Daniel James at SASH about their feet. He has given them the all clear to be rehomed. He expects Cherub to have a normal life with no issues. As Celeste's deformities are more significant, he feels she could go on to have arthritis but expects her to have a good life possibly needing pain medication later on. I was very happy with his opinion on their futures. They run around like all other kittens so I'm relieved he feels they will both have good quality of life. They will be available for adoption together in a few weeks in a quieter home. Cherub (ginger and white) has turned into a purring machine and Celeste (marbled ginger) is purring more every day. Jenny x

09.01.2022 Jade is going to vet for a check up tomorrow. I cannot believe the change in the kittens after less than 24 hours of quality food. So much more energy. Jenny x

06.01.2022 Chug Destiny and Renate. I can't believe we're booking their vetwork tomorrow. We did it Renee. With much love and dedication we got your babies thru. Back Story When I picked up tiny Renee and her 3 x 2 day old babies they were horribly underweight and 1 baby had died overnight. We thought Renee had a bowel prolapse but sadly is was lymphoma. When the bubs hit 7 days Renate deteriorated and the babies went to hand feeders Lillian who did an incredible job. I took Renate to SASH for emergency surgery but 2 days later pathology determined we needed to let Renate go as she only had days or a matter of weeks. Given she was recovering from rectal surgery the pathology determined she may not know good quality of life again. xxx

05.01.2022 We r calling this mumma bear Tabitha. Poor girl wasn't eating so vet visit this morning and she had a high temp. She is on antibs and has eaten a bit this afternoon. Will take her back tomorrow if needed. She is a lovely cat. Enjoys a good headbutt. Jenny x
