New cat enclosure in Banksia Grove. 3.6m long x 2.6m wide extension to existing enclosure with netted roof and mesh panel gate.... New run included a 6.6m tunnel system to a custom, 0.9m wide x 1.6m long x 2.1m high, mesh tower with access gate and shelves. 20.01.2022 Today is the day of our Annual Street Appeal and as well as having some wonderful volunteers out on the streets of Perth collecting funds, we are appealing yo...u to - our online friends... This year has been an incredibly challenging year for many and here at Cat Haven we have faced many obstacles including having our major fundraising events cancelled. Fundraising is crucial to our survival, so having to cancel so many events, meaning the loss of precious funds was truly devastating. With so many months of uncertainty earlier in the year we felt anxious, scared and worried for what was to come. Even though we all had these feelings, everyone at Cat Haven had one priority - the cats in our care. We also saw a rise in the number of requests to utilise our Emergency Boarding facility, a crucial community service in which we provide care for cats with owners going through very tough situations like domestic violence, mental health and homelessness. We were overwhelmed with the amount of amazing people out there who offered to help - the foster carers who took in cats at a moments notice, our wonderful volunteers and staff and of course our amazing supporters. Today we ask you again for your help....kitten season is upon us and during this time we can receive up to 60 - yes SIXTY cats and kittens per day. As you can imagine it takes an enormous amount of funds to take in, care for, provide veterinary treatment, house, feed and clean this number of cats, so we ask you to donate so we can continue to keep our doors open to the homeless, lost and abandoned cats of Perth. 19.01.2022 The Oscillot system is a unique and safe choice stopping cats climbing over fences. Able to be installed to fences, walls and gates. The panels spin when a cat ...makes contact, preventing them getting any leverage, instead dropping safely back to the ground. They can be mounted to the top of the fence or can be installed on an angle facing inward by mounting it on a bracket attached to the side of the fence. It is non invasive to the eye when installed so youll hardly notice its there. Made from aluminium and with durable connectors it is sure to keep your cat safe in the back yard. Even in strong winds the paddle will not spin as on one of the blades is slightly heavier than the rest. Clear polycarbonate may be required to block off A/C units ect so cats cant use it a vantage point to escape. Available colours are Merino or Slate Grey. Other colours are special order. Great as a DIY job or get us to install it for you.They are always in stock at our shop at 4 Garino Rise in Wangara.

Fence is asbestos so couldnt attach to fence directly but customer was able to organise for timber framing to be installed on the fence by a carpenter so we can attach our clips too....
