22.01.2022 Making a mess this afternoon, rough turning some bowls. I'm going to paint the end grain and put them away where I won't see them for a few months, even up to a year. Can't wait to see how the grain turns out.
14.01.2022 A good landscaper mate of mine @thebakingmuppet put some logs aside for me to pick up. After a little time with the chainsaw I ended up with this pile of blanks that will keep me going for a while. I painted the end grain to slow down the drying process and stop cracking.
