25.01.2022 STOP PRESS: CPA gains promotion to Division 2 & 4 for 2017/18. CPA Team 2 defeated Glen Waverley 2 by 8 shots at home in a close tussle. Tomorrow the team plays off the flag at Mt Waverley vs Sth Oakleigh. Please come down to support the team..... CPA Team 3 defeated Cheltenham 4 by a whopping 69 shots at home to top off a dominant season. The team travels up the highway to Edithvale to play Hampton RSL 2. Again it would be great to get club members to support them.... CPA Team 1 lost to Cheltenham 1 @ Cheltenham in a very close match by 7 shots. In its first season in Div 1 the Team should be very happy with its season and look forward in having a serious crack next season for Premier Division. CPA Team 4 lost to Vermont South 5 by 10 shots @ Vermont South. This team under the astute leadership of Paul Lammerstein powered home in the 2nd half of the Season to put themselves into the finals. With this experience, next season can't come quick enough with this Team a hot prospect to gain promotion !

23.01.2022 Todd Shannon wins the CPA Men’s Singles Club Championship. Yesterday on a hot balmy evening infront of a good crowd, Todd and John O’Donnell played a high class contested Match which spanned over 2 Hours. Todd won 25-10, but the score didn’t reflect the quality of the bowls from both players and how close each end was.... Like a tennis match, each of their bowls would provide them the advantage. CPA are indeed very lucky to have both these A- Grade players at the Club at the same time. Todd will now go on and play in the Sandbelt Champion of Champions in February and we wish him all the best from the whole Club !! See more

10.01.2022 2019-20 Weekend Pennant Round 1 Results Side 1 vs Yarraville/Footscray away. The clubs top side started the season with a surprise win against the always consistent doggies. Coming from 10 shots down after 35 ends, the team grinded out an impressive 69 to 67 win, with the game going to the last bowl. ... Side 2 - division 2 vs Hawthorn at home Another come from behind performance in this one as we tackled the newly promoted Hawthorn. Hawthorn earned a lot of respect and showed division 2 that they are there to stay, but our team snuck home 69 to 68. An absolute nailbiter! Side 3 - division 3 vs Hampton RSL Newly promoted division 3 won on debut against Hampton RSL. An excellent effort from everyone involved, running out winners 86 to 75. Side 4 - division 5 vs Albert Park Can you believe it?? Another close game, coming down to the last end. We came home with the win 77 to 75. Side 5 - division 6 vs Malvern Our only side to go down yesterday losing by 6 shots to a strong Malvern team 67 tp 73. The event was due to take place in Shepparton from Friday No...vember 20th through to Friday November 27th 2020.
