19.01.2022 Client was struggling to keep house warm, due to excessive wind and cold air hitting the house as it’s only one of the first few houses built on the estate with no surrounding houses or fences. Small bits of mortar was missing around some window frame areas and the window rubber was not doing enough justice to close the gap. Sealing the window frame surrounds has been an effective remedy for the constant coldness of the house.
