10.01.2022 Small grp of staff, with their Mental Health First Aid certificate, came together to reach out to fellow peers within the @swinlib 'Peer 2 Peer check in service. It was rolled out to the team of more than 120 staff, 3 weeks into the new normal of working from home arrangement.
