Cavalier Homes Central West is looking for a residential carpenter that takes pride in his work and has excellent hand skills. The Job Organising and maintaining the site to ensure a productive day.... Productive and efficient wall and truss framing. Efficient and accurate fit out and fit off carpentry on new residential builds and renovations. Reading and interpreting building plans to achieve high quality finishes and outcomes. Working efficiently within a team to work toward collective daily goals. Requirements Minimum 2 years Carpentry experience post apprenticeship within the residential building sector. General knowledge of safe work practices. Current Driver’s License, White Card, First Aid Certificate and Asbestos Awareness. Sensible work vehicle that the facilitates the transport of building materials. Own tools. Speciality tools are provided at each project. About You Excellent communication skills. Pride in workmanship. Ability to follow direction and work to strict timeframes. Self-sufficient and ability to work efficiently to get the job done. Have a strong work ethic and are both reliable and punctual. Well presented. On Offer Full time ongoing employment. Competitive hourly rate. Monday to Friday position.
