14.01.2022 We love preseason! The state league teams finished off with an F45 Training Launceston session in town with our main man Field and the team, some hill work at City Park followed by a picnic with some delicious food from one of our amazing sponsors Liveat Kings Meadows. Now it is time for the Cavs family to take a well earned break for Christmas and New Year. We will keep you posted of what the girls get up to in a slightly different training format over the summer! #uptheecavs #staysafe
