05.01.2022 Grazie for the kind words about @cavallino.ristorante from longtime respected food reviewer @fscheurer #Repost @fscheurer I am happy to report that Cavallino Ristorante in Terrey Hills is back up to its former glory after an owner change, a personel change and the return of their former, fabulous pizzaiola. The food is excellent and the service is friendly and efficient. Last night we enjoyed arguably the best pizza we ever ate with the rebirth of Pizza Roberta. It ha...s evolved a little being buffalo mozzarella, scamorza,, pancetta and raw potatoes with some chilli oil on the side. The dough is allowed to rest and mature for 48 hours and they know how to charr it properly in the woodfired oven. The result: the world's best pizza in my book. Go and try it!!!! It's not on the menu (yet) but if you ask for Pizza Roberta they will know what it is.
