All aspects of butchering would be covered from preparing cuts, making mince and sausages, breaking carcasses, cleaning and customer service. The applicant must be able to work in a team environment and some Saturday work may apply. They must also be able to start early. 08.01.2022 Well the last load of meat goes out for the week and what a week it’s been 2 x Ton of Mince, 2 Ton of Snags, 110 Lambs, 22 Bodies of Beef and a Ton of chicken!! But it couldn’t be done without a super team that have put in some huge hours this week and to them I thank them very much. Also Jock for deliveries and keeping the lambs and beef up. But of course I couldn’t do with my unbelievable partner Kimbo we are going to need a sleep in Sunday But don’t stress we will be back on Monday with plenty of stock to do it all again Have a great weekend folks and keep buying great meat

06.01.2022 Well it was a happy but sad day for us today as one of our crumbing kids has moved on to bigger & better things & got himself an apprenticeship so happy for you Bailey you so deserve it ! You came to us to help us out while your friends were on school camp & you did such a good job you never left we are very grateful for the hardwork & effort you put in getting up at 4am & you will be very much missed it is a credit to you & your family for your amazing work ethic & pers...onality so let’s say there were a couple of tears this morning (I’m such a sook ) but these young guys make my life so much easier , max has big shoes to fill but on a good note we had a visit from one of our favourites today who also has got himself an apprenticeship !
