Brisbane City Council have revealed a spectacular plan to transform the Victoria Park Golf Course into a world-class playground, allocating $1Million to the project. Inspired by the likes of New York's Central Park, Hyde Park in London & Lumphini Park in Bangkok, Brisbane City Council plans to create the city's biggest public park in over 50 years. ... Over the next 6 weeks, BCC are gathering ideas & suggestions for the Victoria Park plan from locals before a draft plan is announced in December, with the final plans to be released by mid 2020.
