18.01.2022 Great class last Tuesday! Training this arvo (Saturday) @ Body360 gym and on Tuesday at the beach for current members only - grading in 7 days! And then new members welcome! Contact for more details!

03.01.2022 You may have seen us training at the beach lately! It’s great to be outside and we are loving showing people what we do! However, if you wish to join you still must complete your trial at the gym as this is our ‘normal’ training Out next 3 Saturdays will be current members only due to our grading being set for the 21/11. Feel free to organise a trial for the 28/11 onwards where we will have free sessions for newly registered members!
