15.01.2022 Sun burnt fruit due to heatwave. All of this fruit is from the same tree but the green was picked from the eastern side of the tree and the brown from the west. Burnt fruit will drop off and become fertiliser for the tree. It was 45 here today and 44 yesterday.

02.01.2022 Caviar lime company were at the Northern Rivers Food networking event recently held at Harvest Newrybar - the cocktails were too good to resist! Also tried some delicious treats, my favorite was the duck terrine with davidson plum on crispbread. Yum.

01.01.2022 It's nearly time to pick this year's crop of fingerlimes. Our first recipe for the season is baked salmon with fennel, garlic, fingerlime and olive oil served with heirloom tomato and grilled red onion salad. Farmer Paul says the black skin with emerald green pulp is going to be spectacular this season. Certainly tasted great with the salmon.....
