10.01.2022 I made a few things yesterday to take to the park for lunch. One of them were these carrot cake bliss balls from the #eatwellcookbook The photo is not the best sorry but had to take it before we ate them all. No sugar, no nasties and so good!! This was a double batch. Lol. Other things I made was the beetroot salad, done in about 1 min And hommus so smooth and delish. #thermomix #cazscitchen #carrotcakeblissballs #beetrootsalad #hommus

08.01.2022 We love sourdough! This is so easy and cheap to make, tastes amazing and is so much better for you than regular bread. Can you believe the only basic ingredients are flour, water, salt and starter (flour and water). I added pepitas, linseeds and raw buckwheat. Who makes sour dough? 06.01.2022 So it sort of pays to actually read the recipe before starting BUT the beef ragu is worth the wait. YUM!!! And while I was waiting for that to cook I finally was able to make the no meat sausage rolls. Mixed in the Thermomix and cooked in the air fryer. Great for afternoon snacks. Then we finished it off with TM6 fruity dream. Strawberry flavor of course because they are so cheap at the moment.

02.01.2022 I absolutely LOVED makind béchamel sauce in my TM5 but the thickening mode on the TM6 is even more awesome!!! Chuck, yes chuck, everything in, press next and turn the dial. Smooth, creamy and amazing in about 8 mins. Thought I would cook tomorrow nights dinner at 9pm tonight. Home made pasta sheets, lasagna sauce and béchamel all done and dusted. Can’t wait till dinner tomorrow.
