04.01.2022 R U OK Day is Thursday 10th September My tip for anyone who might want to start an R U OK? conversation is to just do it. Take a deep breath and ask the question. You dont need to have all the answers. Just letting that person know that you care and that they are worthy of being cared about is sometimes enough. Have the Lifeline and Mental Health Line numbers stored in your phone or wallet, in case you feel its out of your depth, but most importantly just listen and be there for that person. R U OK? Ambassador Lisa Nichols shares her tip for starting a conversation that could change a life. #theresmoretosay #ruokday #ruokeveryday
