09.01.2022 Reviews are always welcomed, especially in today's modern world. I have stewed over this review all day long as it cut rather deep to hear that I was thought to be a liar (not to mention they are of the belief all salespeople are there to tell lies!) I pride myself on not being cut from the same cloth as a lot of other salespeople and upon reflection I could have handled this particular client differently however one thing I did not do was lie, I merely did not manage to get ...back to someone due to showroom traffic. Bad form and unfortunately inevitable with the present sales volumes. Reviews are a personal opinion and as with any opinion, we are all entitled to them and now can air them to the world. A lesson has been learnt and to all those who have bought cars from me, I encourage you to please place reviews for those you have had good service from.
