25.01.2022 To our Members & Fans, thanks for having our backs in what was a challenging season. Wishing you a safe and enjoyable New Year from the Pack. 2021, let's do this! ... #proudtobeabulldog

21.01.2022 Trent Barrett Interview Part 1: There’s a fair bit of change. We’ve revamped Belmore a little bit because it looked a bit tired. My brother used to play there and it’s brought back a lot of good memories. The club has a lot of good history and I’m very proud to be the head coach.... Part 2: The club’s history is a really good story. I was a big Canterbury fan in the 80s. Terry Lamb was my favourite player. It’s important that when we try and sell a dream to the players that they understand the history. We’ve been pouring over defence the last few days. We put a lot of work into that at Penrith and that is where we need to start. Our attack will improve but we have to start with defence. I don’t know a lot about some of the players but there are some great players in the squad. Kyle Flanagan is a game manager and we need to develop strike around him. Jake Averillo has a lot of ability and Thompson with a full pre-season will be great. Part 3: We’ve identified some positions we need to recruit. It’s been well documented about Burton at Penrith and we are working through that. We need speed in our back line. I do like to throw the ball around. I’m really looking forward to getting my hands on Ogden and To’omaga because there’s untapped potential there.

03.01.2022 Canterbury Bulldogs: 2021 round 1 predicted team NRL.com (Chris Kennedy & Jamie Soward) In a series analysing who will line up in each position for all 16 teams in the opening round of the Telstra Premiership in 2021, NRL.com looks at the Canterbury Bulldogs.... NRL.com says: Nick Cotric is likely to start the season at centre and while Jake Averillo is a chance of pressing for a full-time move to five-eighth at some stage, Lachlan Lewis or Brandon Wakeham is likely to start the season partnering Kyle Flanagan. The other will compete with Sione Katoa for the bench utility spot. Jayden Okunbor will miss a large chunk of the season after a knee reconstruction and Luke Thompson is suspended for the opening four rounds for an eye gouge against the Panthers in the last game of 2020. Jamie Soward says: Kyle Flanagan will be the mainstay in their halves but that's been a revolving door with no playmaker given the chance to grow into his role in recent years. People expected Wakeham, Lewis and Cogger to come in and be successful straight away but most halfbacks need time. I think Wakeham might get the start over Lewis, who can play a bit of nine or off the bench, but Wakeham and Flanagan look like the obvious pairing for me. Their back three is good Hopoate is all class and DWZ if he gets those one or two errors out of his game can be one of the top three or four wingers in the world. Defensively, will Cotric and Averillo at centre be able to make the reads time after time with shape? They have a bit more firepower but I don't see them moving up the ladder much. Until they settle the halves and let them play and get some cohesiveness with the nine they're not going to be competitive.

02.01.2022 Three forwards, a half and an outside back amongst this year's development squad. #proudtobeabulldog
