Both teams ended their seasons and Minor Premiers and converted that to Premiership flags on Sunday, both standing firm against final-quarter charges from opponents who refused to make it easy. 09.01.2022 Congratulations again to our U14-3 Premiers Words from coach Andrew:... For a season which began with such uncertainty - when will it start, will it start at all, how many games will we get to play - it ended on Sunday for the U14 -3s on the last possible day in the best possible way. We’ve known for a while now that these boys don’t let up. Each week they play every team and every quarter on their merits. So on Sunday it came to their stiffest test yet. They started well and led at every break, but never by much. And when they found themselves behind halfway through the last quarter they called on all the training and the hard work they’ve put in for the last 3 months. They dug in and fought and they relied on their structures and each other. They gave their supporters a fright but in the end they produced what was always certain - a gusty and rousing effort. On Sunday, that effort was rewarded with a memorable and much deserved win. Well done boys. You should all be very proud. Gallery by @natsportsmedia
