25.01.2022 Our Year 10 footballers represented us with pride at Clontarf Aboriginal College on Wednesday, playing in the annual NAIDOC Week AFL match between the two schools. Special congratulations to Luke Kenny, who was awarded the Spirit Award and a hand painted football for his outstanding sportsmanship and spirit on the day. 23.01.2022 Our Year 9 boys have been using the power of VR to enhance their learning in Science over the last few weeks! The gentlemen have been learning all about ecology and how ecosystems function, and used some VR headsets to explore environments they'd usually never be able to see. What an incredible way to learn about our world!

Miles Harding will be joining us next year but wanted to make sure he looked the part for our Orientation Day on Monday - so he chopped off 31 centimetres of his hair! Miles donated the excess hair to Wigs 4 Kids to make sure it wouldn't be wasted.... What an outstanding thing to do, Miles. We couldn't be more proud of you!

Led by our Director of Student Leadership, Mr Mike Pickford, the gentlemen had the time and space to reflect on how they can best use their skills to make the College a better place for everyone, and leave a lasting legacy, through their work this year. Ms Knox will be familiar to many at the College, having served as our Director of Staff between 2018 and 2019. She returns to CBC having spent time as CBC St Kilda's Director of Innovation & College Development. An experienced senior leader, Ms Knox has spent more than a decade leading Catholic boys' schools, including at Mazenod College as Deputy Principal, Head of Department and He...ad of Year. We look forward to welcoming Ms Knox back to our community next year!

12.01.2022 Our Year 10 boys had a great time exploring Rottnest Island on Friday as part of their HASS studies! Aside from enjoying the perfect weather and beautiful scenery, the gentlemen also had the opportunity to see what they've been learning about in the classroom in real life, including the island's history and geography, as well as how tourism fuels the its economy. Looks like it was a wonderful experience, gentlemen!

09.01.2022 Patients in Fiona Stanley Hospital's Emergency Department will be soon be receiving some of the dozens of distraction packs our students have prepared as part of the College's Service Learning programme! The hospital says they're very grateful for the bags, which contain puzzles, toys and games to keep minds young and old occupied during a stressful time. Great work, gentlemen!
07.01.2022 Earlier today we delivered a record 120+ Christmas hampers to our friends at St. Patrick's Community Support Centre, who will then distribute them to people in our community in need. A massive thank you to our wonderful community who helped us collect everything we need to make Christmas brighter for so many people, and to Emma from Breadbox Marketing for donating many of the bags the donations will be distributed in!

03.01.2022 The Cloisters has turned into quite the sporting hub in the final days of term, with even Mr Alweyn joining in the fun! It has been so wonderful to see boys taking advantage of the summer sun by playing tennis and cricket in the centre of the College over the last few weeks. And the games aren't anything new! For decades the current Cloisters were tennis courts, back when CBC was widely regarded as the top tennis school in the state!

Congratulations to our new Altar Servers, who were inaugurated during the Mass, and will serve at a variety of liturgical functions next year.
