06.01.2022 Ever since I saw this it really had opened my eyes to what food really is... No I'm not saying food is equivalent to medicine, although it can be in certain situations. What I take from this is; one thing we all know and agree on is that prevention is better then a cure. ... Food is our preventive "medicine". If you hadn't noticed yet, we are quite unwell as a species. Diabetes and obesity are becoming more and more prevalent in the children of today. Eating disorders, mental disorders and body image issues are increasing within our friends and family. The sudden boom of gluten, micro-biome and gut related issues are effecting us more then ever, whether that's us or our future children that will suffer if we aren't healthy. What these ALL have in common is food. No you can't just fix these with food but I'm certain they can be prevented though a healthy way of life. - Balanced diet - Any form of daily movement - A REAL social life - A purpose You can prevent this, if you choose to...
