06.01.2022 My favourite 2 leg exercises, performed with DBs (highly used in our F45 programming) Squat - very functional, we get up and sit down all day.. the movement has a dominant knee bend (higher body position) which targets the quads - front side of the legs. Deady - a powerful exercise which aids in improving athletic performance, it not only targets the rear side of the legs via a more dominant hip hinge, it also recruits the muscles of lower and upper back.
