25.01.2022 Senpai Jeff and Senpai Julia were recently interviewed by the ABC Canberra. They had a great time talking about the addition of Karate to the 2020 Olympics and the benefits of karate to kids, students and adults alike.

17.01.2022 On Friday we held our T2-19 board breaking seminar. Everyone had fun learning about board breaking and weapons. All the students got lots of practice with breaking their own boards! Good job to all the students who have achieved their CKC Level 1 board breaking certificate.

13.01.2022 The Term 2 2019 Challenge was held on Saturday. We saw an overall improvement in sparring ability and some very impressive kata. Amazing work from all the competitors! Osu. All the best to those competing in the upcoming nationals. Train hard, fight easy.
