22.01.2022 Hi Everyone. Just want to say thankyou to everyone who has been so great coming in to our workplace who are wearing masks, sanitising and staying away if they are unwell! We have to wear eye protection now and with constant problems with fogging up I was able to get some prescription safety glasses from Otway Optical! Now I have had a few comments! ... Who do you think I most resemble? 1. Shaz thinks Roy Orbison! 2. I think Clark Kent 3. Tom thinks the dood below off benchwarmers???

18.01.2022 Exercise in a pandemic is important for so many reasons! It helps in keeping us fit and strong but is also a fantastic way of relieving stress. I love my mountain biking and find it is my time for mindfulness. When I ride I have to concentrate on every tree, every puddle, rock and slippery tree root. Throw in it being dark, wet and cold and most people probably think I am nuts - but I had a ball tonight - feel great and cleared my mind. Didnt even fall off tonight! Make sure you make time for exercise and try to do something you enjoy! So many benefits! Stay Safe and Enjoy your Exercise!

18.01.2022 Update on Clinic Operations Clinic Planning to reopen on Wednesday 29th July. Over the past week we made a difficult decision to close our clinic because of the Covid 19 outbreak in Colac. ... Our Hearts go out to those that have been infected with the virus and hope that they recover quickly. We thank our clients for being understanding and to those who joined us for online physiotherapy consultations I hope that you saw how beneficial and effective these can be when we cant see you. However we understand that most people need to see us to get the most benefit. When we return we will be wearing masks and asking our clients to also wear a mask so that we can protect each other. We will continue temperature testing and symptom screening and practicing of strict hygiene and cleaning practices. If you have been unwell or have any symptoms please do not come to the clinic - we are happy to reschedule your appointment or organise to see you online. Please follow the advice to get Tested and stay at home until you have a negative result. We are also back to doing our Group Physiotherapy via Zoom - such a shame we only managed one week back! PLEASE STAY SAFE, BE KIND AND LETS GET THROUGH THIS TOGETHER!

11.01.2022 Due to the Statewide lockdown we have been forced to close for three days. We have been rescheduling appointments and will be back in the clinic on Thursday all going well. Rest Assured we are doing all we can to keep our community safe!
