24.01.2022 Our 5.15am group this morning were up early before the drizzle settled in. Next weeks timetable is out early this week (Friday at 4pm) - so keep an eye out for it and the extra session.

05.01.2022 Another cracker of a Saturday morning outside today for our groups. The 7am fitness group had a competition between the males & females with the girls taking the win and then the StrongCrew with log presses and then some farmers carry races. Thanks for a great week everyone-next weeks timetable and bookings sheet is out - if you cannot find a class on the form it’s booked out but send me a message and I will pop you on the wait list. More classes will be added in the coming weeks.
