25.01.2022 Happy Tail from Home - Billy Jo What a year... Happy Gotcha Day BillyJo

25.01.2022 We feel truly blessed when we receive something like this in our Guest Book

25.01.2022 Well it is Tongue out Tuesday Introducing Cindy, a 2 year old Pit Bull x Mastiff, born on 3 October 2018. Being a Pitbull x, we take her breed very seriously and although we know that she is a loving lass, CCACF feel that it is important for her to have his breed and temperament assessment completed so his new family can be content in the knowledge that there will be no repercussions in future regarding her breed. Of course she passed with flying colours!... Cindy loves people and cuddles and would love to be a part of her very own family. Cindy is friendly and outgoing and loves to play with other doggos. Cindy has shown some signs of prey drive and may chase cats and pocket pets so we reccommend she is not homed with these. Cindy shows no signs of food aggression or separation anxiety. She does pull a little on lead but settles down, so will benefit from a little training. Cindy is a little bothered by loud noises and sudden movement, so we would recommend she be allowed inside during thunderstorms and fireworks where she knows she is safe. Cindy is such a happy and affectionate gal, who with patience, training and consistency would make a super loyal and perfect companion for the right family. She is so stunning and full of love, and she would love to be in a home where she is included as a member of the family and involved in the day to day activities. Cindy will thrive in an environment that guides her with positive direction and lots of love and attention. Cindy's adoption fee is $800 and includes her desexing, lifetime registration, and 3 x training lessons with thanks to Wyong Dog Training. She is also regularly treated for flea and worms and is up to date with her vaccinations. To enquire more or to meet Cindy, please call the facility on 02 43044350 or email [email protected] and speak to one of our friendly staff. Cindy is a superstar and is so looking forward to meeting you. Rehoming Body No: R251000019 Cindy's photos are with thanks to Jill Ashby Photography

24.01.2022 Personality ... plus ruggedly handsome ... what more could you want ... Say hi to Walter ... a Wolfhound x born on 11th November, 2017, Walter is looking forward to finding his forever home. Walter has a friendly personality, with an outgoing nature - and always a great big smile to greet you.... With his adorable ears and scruffy body, Walter is sure to melt your heart. He is a smart boy who will sit when asked and would love to learn some more manners in his very own forever home. Walter enjoys being out and about for a walk and although he is still learning his lead manners - he picks up cues from his human friends easily and will soon be the perfect pal to have on a walk. While he seems to be ok with cats, there is the possibility that he may chase pocket pets and would be best not to be rehomed with pocket pets in residence.... Walter can be a little picky with his doggy friends and he does prefer the company of smaller, females (a true lady's man right!). He shows no signs of food aggression or seperation anxiety and although he does not seem to be bothered by loud noises, we would recommend he be allowed inside during thunder storms and fireworks where he knows he is safe. Walter is such a happy and affectionate guy, who would make a super loyal and perfect companion for the right family. He would love to be in a home where he is included as a member of the family and involved in the day to day activities. Walter will thrive in an environment that guides him with positive direction and lots of love and attention. Walter's adoption fee is $450 and includes his desexing, lifetime registration, and 3 x training lessons with thanks to Wyong Dog Training. He is also regularly treated for flea and worms and is up to date with his vaccinations. To enquire more or to meet Walter, please call the facility on 02 43044350 or email [email protected] and speak to one of our friendly staff. Walter is looking forward to meeting you. Rehoming Body No: R251000019 Walter's photos are with thanks to Jill Ashby Photography

23.01.2022 Happy Gotcha Day to gorgeous Kevin who has found his happy ever after with the Bailey Family

20.01.2022 Honey by name, Honey by nature! Introducing the lip smacking Honey. Honey is a 6 month old Mastiff x girl who was born on 15 May 2020.... Honey is a little shy at first but quickly opens up....especially when cuddles might be involved. Honey is starting to walk well on lead but, as it's all a bit new to her, she still does need some training. Honey likes cats and is quite interested in pocket pets. We feel she could be rehomed in homes with either or each on the proviso that slow introductions take place. Honey, as her name suggests, is just the sweetest girl and loves running around and playing with her friend, Barry. Honey is frightened of loud noises and sudden movements. We would recommend she be allowed inside during thunderstorms and fireworks where she knows he is safe. She is absolutely full of affection, and would love to be in a home where she is included as a member of the family and involved in the day to day activities. Honey will thrive in an environment that guides her with positive direction, lots of love and attention and the patience to let her become the confident girl that we know is in there. Honey's adoption fee is $600 and includes her desexing, lifetime registration, and 3 x training lessons with thanks to Wyong Dog Training. She is also regularly treated for flea and worms and is up to date with her vaccinations. To enquire more or to meet Honey, please call the facility on 02 43044350 or email [email protected] and speak to one of our friendly staff. Honey is the sweetest treat you'll meet.. 17.01.2022 Dee’s Diary (Wednesday 14/10/20) Recently Jen came and asked me if we could take two surrenders on. She said Dee they are really skinny, I didn’t even ask what breed I said get them in. Turns out they are two French bulldogs. As soon as they came in, I could tell one was seriously ill and I said to Jen, get her to a vet now. Something about this person and his story didn’t add up but my first priority was to get these dogs sorted out ASAP especially little Frankie. Jen rang ...Continue reading

16.01.2022 There is a lot of excitement happening around the facility right now! We are so very honoured to have been named the winner of the Innovation in Rescue category in the Jetpets Companion Animal Rescue Awards This award means so much to us and we thank the wonderful Cathy for all of her tireless efforts to make the awards such a success, the sponors and the judges who have made the awards possible.... 11.01.2022 Happy Tails From Home - Dexter & Basanti Dexter met his sister Basanti yesterday. We travelled to Sydney from the Coast. We absolutely adored her and her parents. . They look so similar and acted so similar. The were joined at the hip and moved like magnets. They saw each other and both pulled and dragged us together. I have no idea if they can remember each other or whether they both just thought that's a real cool dog just like me haha (giving off the same vibes). They are 1 year old on 17th Nov. We got them at 3-4 months old.
