22.01.2022 Hi Everyone As you all know i am a student Midwife. I am currently looking for some more women who would like a student midwife to help support them through pregnancy, birth and postnatally. There are some criteria which need to be met:... You need to be birthing at: GOSFORD PRIVATE HOSPITAL under the care of an Obstetrician. Ideally i will attend a minimum of 4 antenatal appointments, birth (vaginal spontaneous/induction or caesarean section) and provide 2 postnatal visits. 20.01.2022 Yesterday I picked up this placenta from a beautiful homebirth on the Central Coast. It has a velamentous cord insertion meaning the cord was inserted into the membranes rather than the placenta itself. The vessels then run through the membranes.

I think I am going to have some really beautiful ladies to follow on their journey and I am looking forward to meeting them very much. I am also still booking placenta encapsulation packages for 2018. This little package is headed off to a new Mum today to help her recover from her caesarean birth. You can book in anytime with my easy online booking form at www.coastalbirthdoula.wordpress.com/placenta-encapsulat...ion and pay a $75 deposit to secure your EDD. If you are beyond 36 weeks you can still book in however I advise sending an email to make sure i can fit you in and full payment is due immediately. There is also an option for those that would prefer to deliver their placenta to me and collect the capsules later. Jodie
