The client thought all the ashes had turned off and was safe enough to dispose of them in the bin. 02.01.2022 WATER DAMAGE CEILINGS Here we have a case of a major loss claim as the entire roof got damage in the storm causing water ingress to the property and damaged all the plasterboard ceilings. Our job was to ensure the property was safe, remove and replace the plasterboard ceiling, remove and replace all the eaves linings, remove the old tiles roof and replace with a colour bond.
