25.01.2022 Community Connection is looking for a fabulous person to work with a 38 year old man with a disability. This job is special - one of the team has worked with him for 10 years! You may think that YOU need to be 'special' to work in the disability field but that isn't the case. We aren't looking for people with experience, we are looking for people with heart. Tech savvy, fit and energetic, a people person. You do need an OPEN drivers license and you will need to apply for a Cr...iminal History Check for compliance to work in the disability field. You get to double up with 10 year guy to learn how this man likes to be supported and you receive training. You get to be instrumental in ensuring he gets to live a great life and you get to work with some great people. Most of the shifts start at 5.00 go overnight and finish at 9,00am. In summer that means swimming, BBQs and the Strand. In winter it means the fire pit, outdoor movies, popcorn and beanbags and coffee at Juliette's. If you are a confident, outgoing person who is up for a new opportunity (or an old opportunity remodeled) send your resume to Ms Peggy Campbell with the following email address: [email protected] See more
