10.01.2022 If I can bear the ice cold wind and rain I know you can get to that Gym with the roof over your head and the heating, dont make excuses get in put in the hard work and know you smashed it for another day.

Well it can be quite easy you just need too start somewhere and that somewhere can be the footpath out side your house just start walking, It can be a block or two so the next day make it three blocks and keep building.
