24.01.2022 Happy Hump Day! It's mid week and we thought we'd have a look at a hidden gem of Australia that everyone should visit. Only across the water but a world away, Kangaroo Island. This island is known for incredible seafood and food in general for that matter, local wines, remarkable rocks, seals, koalas, oh, and kangaroos! Although separate from the mainland, this island was also affected by the recent bushfires. Combined with the influence of coronavirus, it's an unfortunate fa...ct that people are not only cancelling their international travel plans, but domestic too. With so many stunning Australian regions affected by the fires, now is certainly the time to support these amazing destinations and communities to experience quality Australian flora, fauna, food, drink, and all round hospitality. 17.01.2022 Halfway through the week once more and we thought we might provide a little more information and inspiration for your future travel plans. This week, we're going to have a look at the wonderful and unique New Zealand, more specifically, Queenstown. If you're an adrenaline junkie, nature enthusiast, or just a fan of an all-round good time, Queenstown is definitely the spot for you. We usually trade out the bus from the airport with a jet boat, it's a lot more fun. Home to stun...ning scenery and unique animals like the beloved kiwi or the dreaded All Blacks, New Zealand has been a bucket list destination for millions of tourists whether you want to march into Mordor, experience the world-class wine of Hawkes Bay, or to lose yourself in the adrenaline capital of the world, New Zealand has exactly what you need. Only three hours from Sydney it makes for the perfect weekend getaway for some well-earned R&R or limit-pushing adventure. If you're feeling you need a break from the ordinary we definitely recommend jumping over to say Kia Ora to our island neighbours.

17.01.2022 Earlier this month we attended the ICE Trade Expo in London to meet, learn, discover, and most importantly, enjoy everything the gaming industry has to offer. From each increasingly incredible stand to witnessing Usain Bolt DJ in the main hall really took us by surprise as to just how enormous this show is. Spanning the size of 3 football fields, there are countless educational opportunities to help you get that edge on your competitors. Although this year's convention has passed, we definitely recommend adding this to your 2021 calendar.

16.01.2022 Before we start this post, we'd like to hope that all of you are staying safe, productive, and positive during these trying times. We at CCM are extremely lucky to have had such a great relationship with so many amazing leaders within the hospitality industry including pubs and clubs, bars and restaurants, hospitality groups and everyone else in between. Australia has an amazing hospitality industry renowned around the world for quality service, venues, and an overall final product and we are proud to align ourselves with so many who live up to and push those standards above and beyond and to now do our part in supporting this affected industry. 03.01.2022 A city we have grown to love over the decades sharing amazing moments with friends, family, and clients, all the same, has fallen silent. This drone footage seems so surreal to us and I'm sure if you have experienced Vegas, you would feel the same.
