This mothers eldest child is Autistic, with no help from the father at all or contact the day he left the house, bills have piled up and they are in need more than ever. Visiting their house, there was barely anything in the fridge or cupboards, when i asked the mother what was going on, she said she was trying to save us much as she can for winter clothes, and that meant not buying bonus things like biscuits, juice or school snacks. Today I come for the community to help with groceries, the sister is finding it hard to buy winter clothes for the cold days and nights ahead. If you would like the ajar before Ramadan please inbox me for drop off details inshallah. May allah swt reward everyone who helps out in our community may the Sadaka you give in this life be your shield in the next inshallah

03.01.2022 Clean Water (Hand Pumps) Project for Thar Sindh Asslam O Alaikum All, it’s month of Ramzan and we all should think about our brother and sisters who are not blessed with basic necessities like *Clean Drinking Water*. As some of you may know from last few years, I am working with my friends in Thar Sindh to install hand water pumps in remote communities of Sindh Pakistan. Together we had installed 10 pumps last year and this year we are aiming for 20 hand water pumps to be in...stalled. Cost of a pump depends on various factors like the depth of drilling (usually 40 feet drilling costs around PKR 11,000.00, whereas drilling to a 60 feet costs around PKR 20,000.00. With our collective and small donations, we can get these hand pumps installed easily which can improve quality of life of those families, besides it is a Sadqa Jaria for us. If you like to share this opportunity; you can donate (any money you can) and also let your family and friends know about this initiative. This year first time Communities Connect Australia which is a registered charity organization in Australia is participating in this project and will the coordinating the fund-raising efforts for this it. Communities Connect Australia is in the process of getting Gift Deductible Tax status (in near future) all your charity contributions would be tax deductible too. There are couple of other projects being initiated by Communities Connect Australia which include helping less fortunate community members by providing them food (under the banner of Meal on Wheels); Helping the needy members of Australian communities at their door step is our next project which will be started soon. Many fellows have lost their animal, homes, crops and other asset and a huge number of families were forced to live in shelter homes.
