07.01.2022 We’ve had a HUGE and absolutely amazing day at Childhood Cancer Support today. The wonderful students, teachers, parents and staff of Hillbrook School waved their magic and transformed our gardens at our accommodation facilities at Herston. They built vegetable gardens, herb gardens, built a gazebo for our families for coffee, cake and chat events and just for chilling out, moved the cubby a little forward and painted inside, put down concrete slab for toy shed, planted beautiful plants and mulched everywhere. It looks amazing!!! Our families are thrilled! Thank you so much Hillbrook School. You are all amazing people and we cannot thank you enough. This is just the start of a great partnership with this amazing school community #hillbrookanglicanschool

02.01.2022 Part 2 of Diane's special day today. Cute little Diane from Dalby turned 2! Diane has been staying with us, along with her grandmother Donna, since January 2020 and today she had two big celebrations, her 2nd birthday and ringing the bell at the Queensland Children’s Hospital with family, friends, the staff of Childhood Cancer Support and the medical team cheering her on. Diane had her first birthday party at the hospital and then later in the day she celebrated with other resident families and staff at our Herston accommodation. Our hearts are full as we farewell Diane and Donna as they return home.

02.01.2022 Thank you to our friends at Mt Gravatt Mazda who are supporting our families by collecting new toys at their Christmas Toy Drive. All donations of new toys received from the community will be donated by Mt Gravatt Mazda directly to Childhood Cancer Support’s families for Christmas.
