12.01.2022 We were just tagged in this with the suggestion that we might be installing parrots in Central Coast & Hunter homes soon!! What a good bird! We’ve heard of dogs waking their owners but not a parrot! This bird needs a special medal!!

11.01.2022 "Kookaburra sits in the old gumtreee, Yesterday, this majestic bird flew into our office space common area. The poor thing was confused & agitated, unable to get out. However - the most amazing woman from Wildlife A.R.C Society Inc came to the rescue! She was able to rescue him quickly & took him back with her. As we understand it, he will be released today during the daylight so that he can orient himself without the worry of extra nocturnal predators. ... We are so grateful that this organisation exists on the Central Coast & how quickly they responded. How wonderful that our Central Coast Wildlife can have access to these caring individuals when they are in distress.
