25.01.2022 On Wednesdays for the last two weeks we have had our Kinder 2021 students join us for transition days with their new classmates. The days have been packed full of fun and activities with the kids sampling homerooms, classroom investigations, multi sport, lunch in the cafe, yoga, meditation, a tour of the college and more. It was great to see so many smiles at the end of the day with most wanting to stay and play! We are very excited to welcome our 2 new Kinder classes for 2021 to CCSC to begin their schooling adventure.

24.01.2022 This week saw the Cricket Blast program and Mascot Challenge wrap up for K-2. Students have hit, thrown, run and caught all in the name of fun for 4 weeks thanks to Sporting Schools and Cricket NSW.

23.01.2022 It was a great hit out against St Edwards today for our 13's, 15's and 17's rugby teams. Played in great spirit, we look forward to more games.

21.01.2022 The graduating class of 2020 was farewelled in spectacular fashion last Wednesday with a ceremony held on Naisda grounds, followed by a farewell evening at the college cafe. We wish all our graduates the very best on the road ahead and have put together a short video of the event. Enjoy..

20.01.2022 We have a couple of bags of lost property items that have been collected in the last couple of weeks. If you recognise any of the items as belonging to your child, please contact our office.

19.01.2022 Next Monday, November 30 our students in years 5-12 will be participating in a Hunger Challenge. Further details will be sent to families via email, however, we are very excited to support this initiative to help our students understand the extreme disparity in wealth and the impact this has on food poverty. We hope you will join us in getting behind this great learning experience.

16.01.2022 Congratulations to Paige Stanford on a great initiative to highlight the plight of homeless people. As part of her Big Picture social action project she organised a sleep out at the College, guest speakers and a soup kitchen; it was a fantastic educational experience for all involved. Thanks to all the support from our kitchen staff, Matt Hanlon and all those involved.

15.01.2022 CCSC tennis students Cooper Griffiths, Jessica Jeong and Aydin Hope have made it into the invitation only NSW South Wales UTR champions event being played at Gosford this week and next. The best 32 players from NSW will be competing in the tournament and we congratulate our students on this great achievement and wish them the very best.

14.01.2022 Today, we farewelled our class of 2020, which included Indigo Chapman and Lachlan Rogers (who were part of the very first students from the day the school opened) and were joined by many others during the subsequent years who graduated with their year 12 classmates today. In the video below, Michael Whitton opens the ceremony with an 'Acknowledgment of Country'. We will soon bring you further footage from today's event that was full of fitting tributes, emotions and wonderful memories.

13.01.2022 K-2 sport have been having a blast with Cricket NSW this term. The engaging program teaches the skills of cricket through game based activities. The 4 week Cricket Blast program has been provided through the Sporting Schools grant. Can you see a future cricket star in the making?

05.01.2022 Please join us in congratulating Sean Orr on a truly outstanding achievement. A current Year 9 student, Sean has just completed the entire Maths Pathway platform. This is a significant accomplishment with Sean being our first student ever to entirely complete the platform which includes all the maths from year 1 through to year 10 and beyond. It means that he has achieved a 100% result in every module completed and is great testament to our academic approach whereby students are able to move at their own pace.

02.01.2022 Our football teams went up against Endeavour Sports High School today and it was fantastic to be able to host and compete against other teams. In a very competitive game the CCSC girls lost to the Endeavour team but a great game and effort all round.

01.01.2022 A reminder to all our parents that uniform orders must be in by this Friday, the 27th of November if you would like to receive your uniforms before the start of school next year. Uniform orders placed after this Friday may not be received before the start of the term in January 2021.
