21.01.2022 *EVENT UPDATE* Noosa Council decided this morning to not allow events of 500 people or more to take place in Noosa Shire until at least February 2021. As a re...sult of this decision, the 38th edition of the world-famous Noosa Triathlon that was due to be held between 28 October and 1 November 2020 will, unfortunately, not be able to take place. We share in the disappointment of this news as we love producing Noosa Triathlon for you as much as you love racing in it. The Noosa Triathlon team will be in touch with all registered athletes tomorrow on next steps and athlete options. Thanks for your continued support and we look forward to bringing back the Noosa Triathlon back in 2021.

12.01.2022 Stay tuned for the race registration portal to open for the re-scheduled X-Duathlon (suitable for beginners) at Wild Mersey, Latrobe on 1st November. and The Coles Beach Duathlon on the 21st November. Don't forget we are all still following the Covid Safe protocols so physical distancing will be required. Please do not come to event if you are unwell or have been in contact with someone who is unwell. We will refund your entry fee if you are isolating at home. Tri Aus encourage us all to download the Covid Safe App and to enter all events on line. This also means the usual 'hand tap' or 'high 5' of passing runners is a habit we can't do anymore, but a verbal 'well done' or 'keep going' or even a friendly painful smiling grimace will suffice Happy Training and see you all again soon!
11.01.2022 For those who are coming to our X Duathlon (trail run/MTB) at Wild Mersey, the longer run section (14+) crosses the bridge and veers right. It's pretty easy. Here's a visual I took some time back. Maps/ entries up soon. This is not a long race nor too difficult.
11.01.2022 Thankyou to everyone who raced, volunteered and supported our event. See you next time! Launceston Triathlon Club Triathlon South Triathlon Tasmania Inc.
