22.01.2022 Aluminium carts designed and fabricated for my new welders. Still have the draw to press and weld up for under the power source. Tig and water cooler one is still be be finished.

22.01.2022 Update on the 4.9 hull. Both side sheets on, gunnels on and set to desired width and deck transom in to set rear width.

20.01.2022 12 hours in from sheet being delivered. Started welding the butt welds on the chines to hull and butt weld on keel is fully welded. Will fit the rigging tube tomorrow, refit transom and weld everything else put prior to side sheets being fitted.

17.01.2022 New anchor well added to make fitting anchor winch easier. Ski pole fabricated and fitted ready for summer.

15.01.2022 Next update on the hull. Everything below the gunnels is now fully welded. All the casting deck floor stringers are fitted, decks have been pre fitted and need a trim down the middle for welding to the stringers. Transom door is cut in now deck transom is welded.

14.01.2022 First job set-up on the new Demmeler welding table. Basic set-up but every part coming off the table will be flat and exactly the same every time.

13.01.2022 Pair of stainless foot rests complete and ready for pickup. These are going onto a new Bass Strait Boats.

09.01.2022 Long awaited crates have finally made the trip from Germany to me. Any guesses as to what the contents is?

06.01.2022 New boat day. Hopefully tomorrow arvo will be to chines on and all frames tacked in place.

03.01.2022 Decks trimmed to suit hull. Kill tank drain/fill fitted through frames pressure tested and welded into kill tank. Deck opening cut for kill tank. Buoyancy foam fitted and deck plates welded into place.
