20.01.2022 PROJECT UPDATE: Vedalia, one of our latest construction projects, is a high-end residential project with 3 levels of 13 luxurious apartments. This building boasts high speed internal lifts, 2 levels of basement parking and storage, beautifully detailed external landscaping and a roof level penthouse that comes with an extensive green roof and a private lift. Its common lobby area has a 4.5m high ceiling, 3m long skylight and an extensive glass louvre system that adds a touch of luxury to the overall build.

13.01.2022 The Marrickville Library project is about integrating new and re-used historic buildings as well as merging the boundary of internal and external space into one. CD Construction Group is pleased to have worked alongside our Design Partners BVN Architecture on this iconic development. Congratulations to BVN on winning the 2020 NSW Architecture Awards Award for Public Architecture by The Australian Institute of Architects on this amazing project. They also took out the prestigious NSW Premiers Prize and the Milo Dunphy Award for Sustainable Architecture. Nice work team!

04.01.2022 PROJECT UPDATE: Celebrating a huge milestone on the Vedalia project at Double Bay as we complete our first major pour marking the commencement of our main structure works! Located in close proximity to Sydney Harbour, critical waterproofing prior to the pour was essential to accommodate for the low high water table. Our B2 Hydrostatic Slab Pour required an installation of over 40 tonnes of reinforcement prior to pouring the concrete and took 13 hours to complete. Great job to everyone involved!

04.01.2022 One of our latest projects that will be completed by the end of August is the pavement works at Woolworths Yennora Distribution Centre. This design and construct contract involves the demolition of the existing carpark and the construction of a new heavy vehicle roadway, line markings as well as soft landscaping.
