18.01.2022 Georgetown Campdraft and Rodeo grounds redevelopment. Thanks to everyone involved for allowing us the oppurtunity to showcase our work, locally. We believe that the design here will allow for more spectator area than what was originally and a little more area for the competitors in both arenas too. If you or your committe is looking for a quality yard builder to get your new arena up and going, give us a ring. 12.01.2022 Our faithful old VV Truck IS FOR SALE!!! $11,000.00 neg. Unregisterd (Just ran out on 7th Feb 2018) Mechanics COI for rego, dosent have to go over pits etc,. We have had this truck for 6 years and it hasnt missed a single beat. We put some money into it last wet season, fixing auto electrics in it and the rear bearings, brakes hubs ect. It is a 1984 model F7 Volvo, Dovetail truck, GVM 15000 tonne, not sure of Km but I have no doubt it would be lots...8 speed eaton fuller gea...r box, we have driven it all over QLD and NT with no issues, we were very reluctant to sell this truck as it is really reliable and handy, especially for dropping out steel down fencelines etc. The interior is all original so yes, it has bits missing or tears in upholstery and is a little dusty but nothing a seat cover, quick tidy up (which we'l do before selling) and a new button cover will fix. (Remember: It is 32 yrs old and still original) Only realistic negotiable offers will be considered. The pictures are not the very best but give you an idea. Truck is currently located at Mallapunyah Station (NT) and if the purchaser was in QLD, we would get it back as far as Mt Isa. VERY VERY RELUCTNAT SALE, due to purchasing a prime mover! See more

11.01.2022 Morstone/Norfolk Boundary - 20km of the roughest fencing we have done for a while ( minus the small blacksoil part) but absolutely smashed it with the new buggy and wire roller made to fit it. Definetley easier than carrying rolls of wire and pickets in and out of the rocks and hills.

11.01.2022 POSITION HAS BEEN FILLED! We are looking for a nanny to join our team! Looking for a fun, outgoing, responsible girl to join our crew to help with day to day duties of caring for our 2 cool kids while Mum and Dad work. Bo (5) and Emylou (3) are very outdoors kids who are pretty cruisy and entertain themselves most of the time but require supervision and help as kids do. You would also help with meal preparation for the camp and a few other housekeeping jobs and if you wanted ...to, you could swap me for a day at work here and there. (Yard building and Fencing) These are not kids who choose to watch DVDs and play Ipads, they'd rather play in the sprinkler, swim in the trough or go pretending to shoot stuff on walks down the paddock, and maybe the odd spot of art and craft. Bo does 3 half days of E-kindy through MISOTA which Im happy to help you progress into over a few weeks. On our days off (which arent regular but do happen) we enjoy campdrafting, rodeoing or fishing. If you are a non smoker, have a valid drivers licence and think youd like to see different parts of Nth West Qld and the Northern Territory, this job might just be for you. 01.01.2022 Due to terribly unfortunate circumstances, one of our workers has to leave in a hurry. CD Contracting is looking for another single, young, fit, male worker to join our crew. We are Yard Builder/Fencing Contractor who work on various stations in Qld and NT. You would need to have a valid Drivers licence, you would be willing to work some long, hot days, be physically fit and healthy (heavy lifting inc with job)and be willing to live in a 'camp' situation (swag it) unless you ...have your own accomodation means. You Must have clean and tidy habits as we have 2 little kids who travel with us, and we live on other peoples places! We enjoy plenty of social outtings through the year including fishing, rodeos and Campdrafts. If you can tick the boxes, Please PM me some info on yourself and what youve done or are currently doing, or for a number to discuss further.
