We will be operating our flu vaccination service differently this year to previous years due to the current climate we will not be administering vaccinations for walk in patients, all in store vaccinations must be booked in on one of our designated vaccine days. ... These vaccine days will run on the following days between the hours of 9:30AM - 5:00PM with a break between 1:00PM- 2:00PM subject to stock availability: Wednesday April 1st Friday April 3rd Wednesday April 8th Friday April 10th Wednesday April 15th Friday April 17th The COST including administration of the vaccine will be $19.99 and the vaccine will be a 2020 QUADRIVALENT (4-strain) INFLUENZA vaccine. To secure your place and help us prepare for the vaccination day so it can run as efficiently as possible, there are THREE steps to be completed prior to the day. You need to: 1. Provide your details 2. Fill out a vaccination consent form 3. Pay for the vaccine This can be done by phone we can take credit card payments via phone and email a consent form to you for you to complete and return to us or payments can be made and forms provided in store.
