25.01.2022 Drink of the Week: KILLER COFFEE. 22ml Baileys Irish cream, 22ml Kahlua coffee liqueur, 22ml vanilla Vodka, 150-180ml coffee and 15-30ml whipped cream -> pour the Baileys Irish Cream, Kahlua coffee liqueur and vanilla Vodka into an Irish coffee cup or glass. Fill the glass with hot coffee and top with whipped cream. Sweeten with sugar or artificial sweetener if desired, and serve.The Killer Coffee can also be made with cold coffee. 08.01.2022 CEBO 101: If you do not rinse your milk frothing system after making cappuccinos etc., then milk solids will harden inside the system and block important air holes - the result is warm, unfrothed milk (flat white like). So always rinse your milk frothing system after each lot of coffees is made.

06.01.2022 Drink of the Week: HOT VANILLA. 1/2 cup of whipping cream, 1 tablespoon of chocolate syrup, dash of cinnamon, 1 cup of milk (per hot vanilla), 2 teaspoons of sugar (per hot vanilla) and 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla extract (per hot vanilla) -> Start with the topping. In a medium bowl, whip 1/2 cup of whipping cream until its frothy. Add 1 tablespoon of chocolate syrup and a dash of cinnamon, then continue to whip the mixture until everything is well blended and peaks form. Makes enough to top about 6 drinks. For each hot vanilla, prepare 1 cup of milk and 2 teaspoons of sugar in a mug. Stir in 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla extract. Top with a dollop of chocolate cream, a drizzle of chocolate syrup, and a dash of cinnamon. - http://ow.ly/8DKAX
