Today it’s difficult to find a chai that doesn’t have milk powder, whey fillers and a bunch of other weird things. Flavourista’s Chill Chai doesn’t have any of those. Just real ingredients (organic where possible) for a real taste. Full of flavour, spice and earthy goodness. ... You may notice that it isn’t a chai powder, rather a chai brew. To give you the flavour we wanted without the artificial components, we needed to take a different approach. So instead of a scoop, pour and stir instant mix, we have instead given you a brew. We want you to switch into chill mode, heat your preferred milk while adding a scoop of the chai brew blend to a French press. Spicy Chickpea Stew Ingredients: 1 tbsp Ponderosa Spice (Flavourista) 1 tbsp Field Mushroom Salt (Flavourista) 1 tbsp Chive & Onion Spice (Flavourista) 2 tbsp veggie stock powder 2 cans organic chickpeas 2 cans organic diced tomatoes 1 x 700ml jar (approx. 3 cups) tomato passata 1 Large onion, diced 1 small red capsicum, diced 250g mushrooms, roughly chopped Saute onion, capsicum and mushrooms in a pan until sweating. Add all other ingredients and cook on a medium heat for approx. 20 minutes. Serve on rice or mashed potato.
