13.01.2022 This week’s Portal will be themed around Heart Chakra Inspired by the massive journey I had all weekend, from crying my heart out in pain to singing my heart with joy, from peaking and being triggered in kundalini dance with the heart chakra to vomiting and then calling in all I desire with the ocean. ... So for those coming, tune into your heart, that powerful magnetic field of love it generates, and feel into what your heart is calling for, and together we will sing and dance and play it into reality! My heart is definitely all in with these ceremonies!! We have some more amazing musicians joining us from next week. 03.01.2022 Every week at The Portal we all share our individual intentions, though there is always a collective intention too, what the Portal is all about. Through the passageway into this sacred womb space, we use this portal to transport us into a safely held container to cultivate our group energy to and awaken our most authentic selves and self expression with each other, inspire creative liberation, and a co-create a beautiful self-healing release and celebration journey through ...movement, sounding and expression through our connection with the music we sing and co-create. This is a journey where we all lift each other up and connect in our own special way to the music to cultivate all the juicy things we have always wanted, and your presence and participation is deeply appreciated. Every week is a voice activation and I would love to generate a beautiful vocal vortex this week. Also personally I am feeling a lot like earthing / grounding this week. Connecting deeper down to our roots, our humanness, the mundane physical needs, the earth and physical planes so we may ascend higher in the dreaming also. Singing and dancing and jamming is a physical practice so I’m honoring how great it is to be incarnate and to create these gatherings physically with you. Yes this week also a grounding vegan potluck too.
